A split is one buyer payment divided across one or more sellers plus your platform fee, settled on the Pabopay ledger. You're charged the percentage on the captured amount plus a flat €0.20 per split — refunds, ledger transfers and balance top-ups are free.
No. Launch and Scale have zero setup fees and no monthly minimums — you pay only when money moves. Enterprise agreements may include a committed-volume floor in exchange for lower rates, agreed up front.
When a payout requires currency conversion, Pabopay converts at interbank mid-market rates and adds a single, disclosed margin of 0.5% — shown on every transaction before it settles. There are no hidden spreads or per-currency surcharges.
On Launch and Scale, the published rate is the Pabopay platform fee that sits on top of standard processing. On Enterprise we can move you to fully transparent interchange-plus pricing, where scheme and interchange costs are passed through at cost with a fixed Pabopay margin.
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and your blended rate drops the moment you cross a volume threshold. You can switch from Pay as you go to an annual commit at any time, and Enterprise terms are scoped to your specific flows in a short call with our team.
